Hi! I am Jackly, owner of Viet Flavor Restaurant. At the heart of everything we do is my mom, whose authentic family recipes are the soul of our restaurant. She still works beside me everyday with the same love, strength and dedication she has always carried. Every dish we serve is inspired by her cooking, her traditions and the flavors that have been passed down through our family.

What started as a dream between a mother and a daughter has grown into something so much more. After closing our original location, we never gave up on finding a new place to share our food and our story. One year later, my mom is still here with me, helping build this dream from the ground up and I truly couldn't do this without her. Viet Flavor is more than a restaurant to us - it is our family's love, resilience an heritage served in every meal. My biggest hope is to make this restaurant successful so I can continue supporting my mom, especially as she enjoys the travels and life she deserves after working so hard for so many years.
